Zeka's Commission T.O.S

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING MY SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOU THE CUSTOMER TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO USE MY SERVICES. IF YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE MY SERVICES.

Disclamers:

I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.Please be respectful. Violation of this condition will result in your commission being voided.Be specific when discussing what you would like when commissioning me. I am not responsible for any issues that occur during the commission due to miscommunication. Mood boards, references, and clear descriptions of what you would like are more than welcome!!

Payment:

I only accept I only accept USD via ZELLE, CASHAPP, VENMO, and PAYPAL50% of the commission price must be paid before I start the sketch. Full payment is required to continue the commission after the sketch. I will not start the commission unless I receive half of the total commission payment. Full payment is preferred upon commissioning.Major edits (Recoloring, Background Changes, Facial Changes/Expressions, Poses, Extra Characters, etc.) will have a varying fee depending on complexity. This does not apply when in the sketching phase. One large revision and multiple smaller revisions are allowed while the commission is being sketched.After full/half payment your commission will be put in my queue log.Tips are always appreciated but not necessary!

Refunds/Deadlines:

If a refund is requested before the sketch begins, I will keep 5% of the amount already paid. If I am in the process of the sketch or have finished it and a refund is requested, I will keep 50% of the amount already paid.I will NOT accept refund requests for anything after the sketch.If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason I will refund the commission.I am still a student, so commissions may take longer to complete. This time can range from a week to 2 months, please be patient with me (I will notify you if the commission will take longer than 2 months). Your commission will be finished as soon as possible.If you have a specified due date (Birthday, Holiday, etc.), you must let me know at least two weeks ahead of time. Any date given less than two weeks may be accepted at my discretion. Keep in mind that there may be a rush fee.

Usage of Art:

I still retain the right to any of my artwork, even if it is a commission.I reserve the rights to:
- Promote the artwork for advertising purposes.
- Display the commission on any form of social media, unless it is agreed on otherwise.
- Use the work as an example for future projects.You may:
- Claim rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
- Share/Repost/Use my artwork anywhere you see fit with proper credit.
- Request that the commission is not displayed on my social media platforms.Do NOT:
- Use my work for commercial purposes.
- Remove my watermark/credit.
- Claim the commissioned art as your own.
